WABING - THE GOOD VIBRATIONS®

A RESILIENCE AND RECOVERY METHOD

WHAT IS WABING?
Wabing is a resilience and recovery method consisting of:

1. Stretch and self-myofascial release exercises
2. The Good Vibrations® - Neurogenic tremoring
3. Resilience Meditations

In Wabing, we work with the body, emotions, and thoughts integrated. The primary purpose is t down-regulate the nervous system and as a result, create deeper muscular relaxation, improve one's emotional awareness, and reach a calm and concentrated state of mind.

Wabing is a simple and effective method for unwinding after an active day. The result is usually that the nervous system returns to balance and that one's resilience to life's inevitable challenges increases over time.

This webinar is both for you who have never tried Wabing before and for you who want to deepen your experience of Wabing.
